  • FACILITIES USE REQUESTS

The district is now using ML Schedules for all facilities use requests. The new online application will replace all paper applications.

  • REGISTER FOR AN ACCOUNT

    All facility use requests are completed online. The first step needed to make an online facility use request is to create an ML Schedules user account. You can do so by by clicking the icon below. Be sure to complete all information fields and then click the submit button. If your registration was successful you will receive an e-mail confirmation.   • All Facility Use forms must be completed online.

  • All outside sports teams and cheerleaders must review and electronically sign the Concussion Policy Compliance Letter with their applications.

  • All Non Profit Groups must upload proof of non- profit status with a 501C3 Certificate.

  • All For Profit and Nonprofit Groups Proof of Liability Insurance must be uploaded along with the application.

  • EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY, ALL FEES TO BE PAID UP FRONT BEFORE THE EVENT.

  • All For Profit and Nonprofit groups, fees must be paid up front after their Facility Use Application is approved.

  • NOTE TO ALL STAFF:
    All staff must fill out a facility use application online for all afterschool, evening and weekend events a minimum of 48-hours in advance. 

    Please note effective immediately the evening hours for all building use facilities have been revised.
    All events must end 30 minutes before the posted closing time.

FEE SCHEDULES

GENERAL CHARGES (subject to change)

  1. PTA and other school-related student, parent and/or teacher organizations: all personnel fees except custodial fees.

  2. Governmental and civic organizations: overtime custodial charges and all other personnel fees.

  3. Private groups, business, and for-profit organizations: all custodial and other personnel fees and rental fees.

  4. A refundable damage charge of $500 will be added where applicable.

  5. Security charges will be added when applicable.

* Documented proof of non-profit status must be provided at time of application.

SCHOOL FIELDS (excluding Lombardi Field): $55 per game - $265 per league.

NOTE: Lombardi Field is not routinely available for non-Board of Education use unless such use is specifically applied for by a user, recommended by the Superintendent of Schools, and formally approved by the Board of Education. In such cases, special terms of agreement and usage rates would apply on a case-by-case basis.

NOTE: All applicants for facilities use for any athletic activity shall be required to read Old Bridge Board of Education Policy No. 2431-4, Prevention and Treatment of Sports-Related Concussions and Head Injuries, and to sign an acknowledgement form.

NOTE: Groups that do not vacate the facilities by the applicable facility closing time below shall be charged for all custodial costs charged to the district as a result.
